本文研究了在pH的影响下,五氯酚钠(PCP)对金鱼的毒性和在体内的积累。PCP24小时半致死浓度的值从0.052ppm、FH5.5增加到16ppm、PH10,说明PCP对鱼类的毒性随着PCP溶液中PH的增加而迅速的减低。 PCP在鱼中的积累也是随着溶液中PH值的增加而减少。PCP的浓度为0.1ppm和PH5.5,6,7,8,9,10接触1小时,其生物浓缩的比率分别为131,120,56,24,12和2。另外,测定溶液里全部死鱼中的PCP富集量,其变动范围在82—115ug/g之间,同时,体重与PH和PCP溶液的浓度变化无关。从这些数值,可以说明PCP在鱼体中的富集是随着PCP溶液中PH值的增加而减少。因此,在高PH值的情况下,PCP在鱼体中不会很快达到致死浓度(约100ug/g体重),从而降低了PCP对鱼的毒性。
In this paper, the toxicity and accumulation in vivo of sodium pentachlorophenate (PCP) to goldfish under the influence of pH were studied. PCP 24 hours lethal concentration increased from 0.052ppm, FH5.5 to 16ppm, PH10, indicating that the toxicity of PCP to fish rapidly decreases with the increase of PH in PCP solution. The accumulation of PCP in fish also decreases as the pH in the solution increases. PCP concentrations of 0.1 ppm and pH 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 were exposed for 1 hour with bioconcentration ratios of 131, 120, 56, 24, 12 and 2, respectively. In addition, the concentration of PCP in all the dead fish in the solution was determined to be in the range of 82-115 ug / g, and the body weight was independent of the concentration of the PH and the PCP solution. From these values, it can be shown that the enrichment of PCP in fish decreases with increasing pH in PCP solution. As a result, PCP does not rapidly reach lethal concentrations (about 100 ug / g body weight) in fish at high pH, thereby reducing PCP toxicity to fish.
