本文探讨了用有限元法建立结合部物理参数未知的结构动力特性的数学模型,再用系统识别法识别结合部物理参数的建模方法。本文采用了单位脉冲响应函数法识别模态参数,由所建数学模型的特征方程识别结合部的物理参数。这种建模法实际地应用到了普通车床的主轴系统上,建立了主轴系统的三维有限元动力学模型。
This paper discusses the establishment of a mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of the structure with unknown physical parameters of the joint by the finite element method, and then uses the system identification method to identify the modeling method of the physical parameters of the joint. In this paper, the unit impulse response function method is used to identify the modal parameters, and the physical parameters of the junction are identified by the characteristic equations of the mathematical model. This modeling method is actually applied to the spindle system of the ordinary lathe, and the three-dimensional finite element dynamic model of the spindle system is established.
