近年来,军队招收了大批地方大学毕业生入伍。如何把这些同志培养使用好,造就大批适应军队现代化建设和未来战争需要的新型军事人才,是我军各级领导的一项重要责任。最近,我们对某大单位作战部队1996年以来接收的地方大学生干部培养使用情况进行了专题调查研究,感到有些问题亟待研究解决。一、必须着眼造就新型军事人才,防止和克服急功近利的倾向一些单位对地方大学生干部,重用其长,轻补其短。抽样调查的200名大学生入伍干部,有54名在基层工作不到两年就调到了机关,其中37名不足一年,另有19名被抽到机关帮助工作。实践证明,不帮助地方大学生干部扎扎实实过好基层关,只注重利用其专业特长,对他们的成长和发展是很不利的。
In recent years, the army recruited a large number of local college graduates to enlist in the army. How to train these comrades to use well and create a large number of new military personnel that meet the needs of the army's modernization and future wars is an important responsibility of the leaders at all levels of our armed forces.
