用特制的波纹管模具,可以在塑性阶段以水平方向测长度的方式将体积应变转换为长度应变来测量,不仅能实现自浇注成型开始对水泥基材料自收缩的连续监测,而且可以有效避免重力、温度变化以及模具约束对于测试结果的影响。介绍了波纹管测长度的原理,研究了波纹管的材质、尺寸和内部空气对于测试结果的影响。结果表明:测试结果受到波纹管材质、尺寸和成型引入空气的影响;随着波纹管内试件的刚度不断增加,其影响程度也随之减小,到终凝10 h后这种影响可以忽略不计。
