行动导向教学是指由师生共同确定的行动产品来引导教学组织过程,学生通过主动和全面的学习,达到脑力劳动和体力劳动的统一,从而在实践活动中积极建构自己的技术知识。行动导向教学的关键在于创设理论实践一体化的教学情景、开发项目(或案例)化的学习资源、树立学生主体性的教学观念、实施全过程的综合评价制度。该文以专业课程改革行动研究的过程为依据,就中等职业学校机电技术应用专业课程改革的思路、实施过程和存在的问题等作了阐述。
Action-oriented teaching refers to the action products jointly identified by teachers and students to guide the process of teaching and learning. Through active and comprehensive learning, students can achieve the unification of mental work and physical work so as to actively construct their own technical knowledge in practical activities. The key to action-oriented teaching lies in the creation of integrated teaching practice in theory and practice, the development of project (or case) learning resources, the establishment of students’ subjective teaching concepts and the implementation of a comprehensive evaluation system in the whole process. This article elaborates the train of thought, implementation process and existing problems of electromechanical technology specialty courses reform in secondary vocational schools on the basis of the process of professional courses reform action research.
