目的探讨饮食指导对老年糖尿病人临床指标的影响。方法对46例糖尿病人采取集中理论讲座,操作示范,个体化饮食指导。结果本组患者在饮食干预后的空腹血糖,餐后血糖均较饮食治疗前有明显下降(p<0.05)。结论饮食指导对老年糖尿病人临床指示有显著影响。
Objective To explore the influence of dietary guidance on the clinical indexes of elderly diabetic patients. Methods 46 cases of diabetes patients to take a concentrated theory seminars, demonstration of operation, individual diet guidance. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose of the patients after the intervention were significantly lower than those before diet treatment (p <0.05). Conclusion Dietary guidance has a significant effect on the clinical indications of elderly diabetic patients.
