每个体育教育工作者都知道,背越式跳高分为四个阶段,即助跑、起跳、腾空过杆和落地。其重点就是第三阶段——腾空过杆阶段,因此这个阶段教学的成功与否将直接决定运动员过杆动作的流畅与合理。大部分体育工作者都应该有背越式跳高的训练经验,具有潜心研究试验的教学历程。笔者对此也具有很强的兴趣,一直热衷于学校田径运动队的课余训练,特别注重强化背越式跳高运动员的空感训练,即腾空后身体姿态变换所引发的神经传
