在当前社会中,随着社会经济水平的不断发展和人们思想观念的更新变化,新型的以人为本的企业管理理念逐渐地被越来越多的企业和员工所认可。目前以心理契约为基础的人力资源管理,更加注重的是企业和员工在心理层面上建立一定的关系,进而实现对员工进行有效管理。文章通过对心理契约的基本概念进行描述,说明了其在企业人力资源管理中的重要性,希望企业在对员工进行管理的过程中重视和合理应用心理契约。
In the current society, with the continuous development of social economy and the change of people’s ideas and concepts, a new concept of people-oriented business management is gradually recognized by more and more enterprises and employees. At present, human resource management based on psychological contract is more focused on the psychological relationship between enterprises and employees to establish a certain relationship, and then to achieve effective management of employees. By describing the basic concept of psychological contract, the article illustrates its importance in the human resources management of enterprises, and hopes that enterprises should pay attention to and apply the psychological contract properly in the process of managing the employees.
