幼儿园不仅是幼儿发展的场所,也是教师成长的基地,教研不只是为了幼儿发展而作为落实教学计划的保障,同时也是促进教师专业成长的重要途径。教研方式的创新已成为当前不可或缺的新课题。在传统的教研活动中,专题研讨、相互观摩、实践评析是传统的活动形式。近年来我们通过对教研活动的实践与思考,深深感到教研应该是一种专业的对话,应在传统教研模式中不断创新。由此,我们尝试探索“非正式组织”这一新颖的教研
Kindergarten is not only a place for early childhood development, but also a base for teachers’ growth. Teaching and research not only serve as a guarantee for the implementation of teaching plans for the development of young children, but also serve as an important way to promote the professional growth of teachers. The innovation of teaching and research methods has become an indispensable new topic at present. In the traditional teaching and research activities, seminars, mutual observation, practice assessment is the traditional form of activity. In recent years, through our practice and reflection on teaching and research activities, we deeply feel that teaching and research should be a professional dialogue and should be continuously innovated in the traditional teaching and research mode. Therefore, we try to explore the novel teaching and research of “informal organization”
