目的观察一元颗粒剂型二氧化氯消毒剂消毒性能。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验和理化分析方法,对该消毒剂杀菌效果和现场消毒效果进行了观察。结果以含100 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。用500 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作用10 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值>5.00。用含50 mg/L该二氧化氯消毒液作擦拭消毒,对物体表面的自然菌平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论该一元颗粒二氧化氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢均有较强杀灭效果。
Objective To observe the disinfection performance of a one-part granular chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative kill test and physical and chemical analysis methods were used to observe the bactericidal effect and disinfection effect of the disinfectant. Results The average killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension containing 100 mg / L chlorine dioxide disinfectant for 5 minutes was> 5.00. With 500 mg / L of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant for 10 min, the average kill logarithm of B. subtilis var. With 50 mg / L of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant for wipe disinfection, the average number of natural bacteria on the surface of the object to kill the value of> 1.00. Conclusion The monodisperse chlorine dioxide disinfectant has strong killing effect on both bacterial propagules and bacterial spores.
