利用煤自然高温程序升温实验台对清水营煤矿煤样在变氧环境下的耗氧速率、气体释放速率及放热强度等自燃特性参数进行测试。测试结果表明:在不同氧浓度条件下,煤样的耗氧速率在不同阶段变化规律不同;在程序升温过程中,CO和CO2气体产生速度可预报煤层的氧化、自燃状况;在不同氧浓度下煤样的放热强度规律也很明显。测试结果为采空区遗煤自燃防治提供了理论基础。
The spontaneous combustion parameters, such as oxygen consumption rate, gas release rate and exothermic intensity, of coal samples in Qingshuiying coal mine under variable oxygen environment were tested by using the natural high temperature programmed temperature test bench. The test results show that the oxygen consumption rate of coal samples varies with different oxygen rates under different oxygen concentrations. During the process of temperature rise, the generation rate of CO and CO2 gas can predict the oxidation and spontaneous combustion conditions of coal seam. Under different oxygen concentrations The exothermic intensity of coal samples is also obvious. The test results provide a theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf.
