关于创新问题《黑骏马》演出以后,许多同志问我,你对当前戏剧创新问题有何看法?作为导演,你是怎么把许多不同流派的东西融会到《黑骏马》中去的? 上千年的戏剧发展史,总结了许多戏剧理论,摸索了许多戏剧规律和法则。然而,这些理论、规律和法则,又循着历史的足迹,不断地发展和变化着。艺术贵在求新。前人可以创造、发展,今人为什么就不能有所改造、突破和求新?新生的东西一开始不可能完美和成熟,往往需要一个历史阶段中众多人的共同努力。如果说《黑骏马》得到了戏剧界的肯定,我以为这是编剧、导演、演员、舞美等各部门通力合作的结果。同时,《黑骏马》的出现,也和近一个时期戏
