对18～76岁正常成人103人(男67,女36)的X线蝶鞍正、侧位片进行了蝶鞍深径、前后径、宽径、侧位面积和体积的测量.用IBM PC/XT089型电子计算机对数据进行了逐步回归分析处理,筛选出推算体积的最佳因子(X_3-宽径,X_4-面积).研究发现他们之间呈正相关关系,其复相关系数r=0.990,P《0.0001,相关系数有高度显著性.故建立逐步回归方程式:Y=-1358.20±50.69X_3+13.44X_4(mm~3).该方程式可供推算成人蝶鞍体积使用.
A total of 103 adults (male 67, female 36) from 18 to 76 years old were measured the radius, anteroposterior diameter, width, lateral area and volume of the septum of the X-ray sellae with an IBM PC / XT089 electronic computer, the regression analysis of the data was carried out, and the best factor (X_3-width and X_4-area) of the estimated volume was screened out.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between them, the complex correlation coefficient was 0.990, P "0.0001, the correlation coefficient is highly significant, so the establishment of a step-by-step regression equation: Y = -1358.20 ± 50.69X_3 +13.44X_4 (mm ~ 3). This equation can be used to infer adult sella volume.
