三位半数字面板表(DPM)的价格已降到10美元以下,数字面板表已成为仪器和测试设备很好的显示部件,但是存在一个主要缺点:它们需要一个未接地电源,通常是9V电池。我希望在一个2输出台式电源上用4个面板表来显示电压和电流,但是用4个9V电池供电好象不是最好的解决方案。所以,做为一种选择方案,我开发出图示的dc-dc变换器(见图)。 此电路用一个1.8~6V电源为5个数字面板表供电。五个输出的每一个在每个方面都是完全未接地、隔离和独立的。此变换器基于回扫设计,采用一个微功率高效稳压器(LT1303)和一个现成的表面贴装电感。线圈有6个相同的绕组而且高电压测试达500Vrms,足以满足这种应用的隔离要求。
The price of three and a half digital panel meters (DPMs) has dropped below $ 10, and digital panel meters have become a good display for instrumentation and test equipment, but have one major drawback: they require an ungrounded power supply, usually 9V battery . I want to show the voltage and current in 4 panel meters on a 2-output desktop power supply, but using 4 9V batteries does not seem to be the best solution. So, as an alternative, I developed the dc-dc converter pictured (see figure). This circuit uses a 1.8 ~ 6V power supply for five digital panel meter. Each of the five outputs is ungrounded, isolated and independent in every respect. This converter is based on a flyback design using a micro-power efficient voltage regulator (LT1303) and an off-the-shelf surface mount inductor. The coil has 6 identical windings and a high voltage test up to 500Vrms, sufficient to meet the isolation requirements for this application.
