对经过糖化处理的油茶粕进行发酵产乙醇的研究。对油茶粕进行糖化处理,接着以糖化后的油茶粕为原料,首先对发酵菌种进行优选,然后采用正交试验对糖化后的油茶粕生物转化乙醇工艺条件进行优化。结论显示:最佳发酵菌种为热带假丝酵母;最优发酵条件:温度20℃,时间10d,接种量1.8mL/g,加水量1.2 mL/g,在此条件下,乙醇得率为10.9%,纯度为99.8%。
The saccharification of Camellia oleifera fermentation of ethanol production. The saccharification of camellia meal was followed, and then the saccharified camellia seed meal was used as raw material. Firstly, the fermentation strains were optimized, and then the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the conditions of saccharified camellia meal bio-conversion into ethanol. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were Candida tropicalis. The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: temperature 20 ℃, time 10d, inoculation 1.8mL / g, water addition 1.2mL / g, ethanol yield 10.9 %, Purity 99.8%.
