文章提出了一种基于定子齿三维运动的新型超声波马达(以下简称PTHDUSM)。与传统超声波马达(以下简称CONTUSM)相比,PTHDUSM具有以下显著优点:无轴承、无需润滑、提高输出力矩1.5~2倍、高稳定性、低噪声。文中首先分析了PTHDUSM的理论模型,并根据理论模型制作了实验样机。该样机性能参数为:直径18mm,厚度10mm,重量17g,输出转矩0.05N·m,转速20~160r/min。文章提出的基于定子齿三维运动的新型超声波马达作为小型驱动器能广泛应用于航空航天、医疗器械、机器人、光学仪器以及办公自动化设备等领域。
This paper presents a new type of ultrasonic motor based on three-dimensional movement of stator teeth (hereinafter referred to as PTHDUSM). Compared with the traditional ultrasonic motor (CONTUSM), PTHDUSM has the following significant advantages: no bearing, no lubrication, improve the output torque of 1.5 to 2 times, high stability, low noise. In this paper, the theoretical model of PTHDUSM is analyzed first, and the experimental prototype is made according to the theoretical model. The prototype performance parameters: diameter 18mm, thickness 10mm, weight 17g, output torque 0.05N · m, speed 20 ~ 160r / min. The novel ultrasonic motor based on three-dimensional movement of stator teeth proposed in this paper can be widely used in the field of aerospace, medical equipment, robotics, optical instruments and office automation equipment as a small driver.
