本文根据水下多目标系统的特殊要求，提出了一种主动式的黑板模型。讨论了增加事件处理器和事件规则实现主动性，还提出了可视性黑板和多层视图的概念，以满足监测的要求。
According to the special requirements of underwater multi-target system, this paper proposes an active blackboard model. Discussed to increase the event handler and event rules to achieve the initiative, but also put forward the concept of visibility blackboard and multi-level view to meet the monitoring requirements.
