一、前言采用聚焦声束进行C扫描自动探伤,获得了比当量法准确得多的结果。为了以聚焦声束探测汽轮机大轴内部的缺陷,必须设法将探头放入内孔向外探测,因为除轴颈部分外,不能在已加工好并套装叶轮的汽轮机大轴外表面进行探伤。大轴内孔直径一般为φ100毫米,个别的可达150毫米。定量地计算声束通过曲率很大的内孔表面后,在大轴内部某一部位的聚焦参数(焦柱直径和焦柱长度),是首先要解决的问题。
I. INTRODUCTION Automated detection of C-scan using a focused beam gives much more accurate results than the equivalent method. In order to detect defects inside the large shaft of a turbine with a focused beam, an attempt must be made to place the probe in the bore to detect it outwardly, since flaw detection can not be performed on the outer surface of the shaft of the turbine that has been machined and fitted with an impeller except for the journal portion. Large shaft bore diameter is generally φ100 mm, individual up to 150 mm. Quantitatively calculating the focusing parameters (the diameter of the coke and the length of the coke) of a certain part of the inner part of the large axis after the sound beam passes through the surface of the inner surface with a large curvature is the first problem to be solved.
