1998年是粮食流通体制改革的第一年,也是攻坚的一年。作为从事口岸粮食进出口接运的企业来说,我们一方面面临着改革的巨大压力,另一方面也经历着进口粮食减少、企业经营举步维艰的困难。如何深化粮食流通体制改革,扭转当前的局势、走出困境,已成为摆在我们面前的一个刻不容缓的课题。下面,谨就如何做好口岸粮食接运工作发表几点肤浅的看法,不当之处请批评指正。 一、加强领导班子建设,强化其整体运作功能,是做好工作的前提和保证 搞好一个企业,需要一个班子良好的整体
1998 is the first year of the reform of the grain circulation system and also a crucial year. As an enterprise engaging in the import and export of grain at ports, we are facing tremendous pressure of reform on the one hand, and on the other hand, we experience difficulties in reducing food imports and making our business difficult. How to deepen the reform of the grain circulation system, reverse the current situation and get out of the woods has become a pressing task before us. Now, I would like to make a few superficial comments on how to do a good job in handling food at the ports of entry. First, strengthening leadership team building and strengthening its overall operation function are the preconditions for doing a good job and ensuring that a good enterprise does a good job of a team
