表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)自发现以来,已经做了大量实验工作。有些分子的拉曼散射截面可增强10~6倍,而有些分子则无增强现象。通过实验与理论分析,一般认为增强既有电磁效应,又有化学效应,两种作用的强弱取决于SERS活性表面与吸附分子,也与它们之间的相互作用有关。笔者曾研究了一些染料分子的表面增强拉曼散射的激发波长关系。本文研究苯甲酸分子的表面增强拉曼散射与普通拉曼散射的联系与不同。
Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) since the discovery, has done a lot of experimental work. Some molecules Raman scattering cross section can be enhanced 10 to 6 times, while some molecules no enhancement. Through experimental and theoretical analysis, it is generally believed that the enhancement of both electromagnetic and chemical effects, the strength of the two effects depends on the active surface of SERS and the adsorption molecules, but also on the interaction between them. The author has studied some dye molecules surface enhanced Raman scattering excitation wavelength relationship. In this paper, the surface-enhanced Raman scattering of benzoic acid molecules is different from the ordinary Raman scattering.
