In order to cooperate in carrying out state-owned property transaction business of central enterprises in our province, on October 15, 2004, Changchun Property Rights Exchange Center and Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchanges signed the Cooperation Agreement on Transferring State-owned Property Rights of Central Enterprises, and the vice chairman of Changchun Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission Director Zhu Yong’an attended the signing ceremony. Changchun Property Rights Exchange Center and Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchanges jointly carry out the property rights trading business of central enterprises, which will play an active role in promoting the reform and development of central SOEs
