运用案例研究法,在语文教学设计领域探讨了缄默知识的两极效应,提出了将缄默知识和显性知识整合进而优化学生知识结构的有效教学策略,包括缄默知识的显性化、缄默知识和显性知识的整合、显性知识缄默化三个环节,结合语言训练提高学生的语感,并论及缄默知识给语文教学设计的新启示:真正在知识的话语权上做到师生平等,激发学生的探究热情;前移语文教学设计的起点,拓展语文教学设计的深度和广度;实现学科知识的个性化,注重知识的重新探究和发现。
