214例中,原发性癫痫160例,继发性54例。大发作型占197例。治法:苯巴比妥合剂主要成分有苯巴比妥、硼砂、安钠咖、白糖粉等。10岁以下每岁0.5g,每日2～3次。10～13岁每次5g,每日3次。14岁以上用成人量,开始每次5g,每日3次,长期服用。同时加服谷氨酸。疗效:控制发作(服药后半年以上未发作)189冽,占88.31％;发作减少(半年内发作1～2次)19例,占8.87％;无效6例,占2.8％。
