绩效评价历来是人力资源管理中最重要的环节,一项对美国92家公司的研究表明,大约有65%的公司对他们的评价制度存在一定程度的不满意。但企业员工晋升、加薪、奖金分配、培训、解雇都离不开评价结果,同时绩效评价也反映了企业和员工对公平、公正的需求。因此,建立一个有效的绩效评价体系是每一个管理者优先考虑的事情。20世纪90年代以来,国际上很多知名大企业采用了360度绩效反馈计划,如通用电气、美国电报电话公司、迪士尼、英特尔等。目前国内的一些大型三资企业和国有企业也开始使用360度绩效反馈这一新的技术,这个方法已成为一种极为重要的人力资源管理模式。
Performance evaluation has always been the most important aspect of human resources management. A study of 92 U.S. companies shows that about 65% of companies are dissatisfied with their evaluation system. However, employee promotions, pay increases, bonus distribution, training, dismissal are inseparable from the evaluation results, while performance evaluation also reflects the business and staff of fair and equitable demand. Therefore, establishing an effective performance evaluation system is a priority for every manager. Since the 1990s, many well-known large-scale international enterprises have adopted 360-degree performance feedback plans such as General Electric, AT & T, Disney and Intel. At present, some large-scale foreign funded enterprises and state-owned enterprises in China are also beginning to use 360-degree performance feedback of this new technology, this method has become an extremely important mode of human resource management.
