作为新闻传播媒介之一的地方电视台,在我国广播电视系统中身处基层,受到覆盖面和资金、技术、人才等种种条件的限制与影响。在新闻信息传播中往往出现力不从心的境况:要么效仿中央及省市大台,办不出自己的特色;要么采用会议+广告模式,远离广大受众者的需要;要么节目粗制滥造,无法掌握观众手中的摇控器……这些不仅严重影响了新闻信息传播的效果,也使得地方电视台的生存与发展面临严峻考验。那么,地方电视台如何突破发展中的瓶颈,在新闻宣传中扬长避短,走出一条良性发展的个性化道路?这是目前发人深思的重要问题!
As one of the news media, local television stations are located in grass-roots broadcasting and television systems in our country and are limited and affected by various conditions such as coverage, funds, technology and talents. In the news and information dissemination, there are often powerless situations: either following the example of the central government, provincial and municipal large stations, failing to identify their own characteristics, adopting the mode of meeting + advertisement and keeping away from the needs of the masses of audiences; Remote control ... ... These not only have a serious impact on the effectiveness of news and information dissemination, but also make the survival and development of local television stations are facing a severe test. So, how to break the bottleneck in the development of local television stations in information publicity to avoid weaknesses, out of a benign development of the personal road? This is an important thought-provoking issue!
