对“贴近市场”认识上的偏差随着市场经济的深化,企业对市场调节及以市场规律来指导自己的经营和生产均有了一定的认识。但是,在我们许多企业领导的思维中,对企业如何贴近市场的认识仍非常模糊。我们可从以下三方面予以分析。一、价格贴近、随行就市是否就是贴近市场市场经济要求我们依据市场供需的平衡状况来指导生产及经营活动。我们不仅要考虑市场现实的需要,还要考虑市场的潜在需要,去开发和生产产品;此外要根据竞争对手的状况,考虑市场的需求空间及未来潜量,并以此确定今天所能占有的市场份额与未来的机会
The deviation from the understanding of “close to the market” has a certain degree of understanding with the deepening of the market economy, the regulation of the market by enterprises, and the guidance of their own operations and production by market rules. However, in the thinking of many of our business leaders, the understanding of how companies are close to the market is still very vague. We can analyze it from the following three aspects. First, the price is close to the market, whether the market is close to the market market economy requires us to guide the production and business activities based on the balance of market supply and demand. We must not only consider the actual needs of the market, but also consider the potential needs of the market to develop and produce products; in addition, we must consider the demand space and future potential of the market in light of the competitors’ conditions, and use this to determine what we can possess today. Market share and future opportunities
