目的探讨国产消旋聚乳酸(PDLLA)接骨板的组织相容性和诱发机体组织反应的类型。方法在犬双侧下颌骨体部造成人工骨折,一侧用国产PDLLA接骨板内固定,另一侧用微型钛板(TM)内固定作为对照;另选取犬左后肢股部埋植PDLLA接骨板。观察术后不同时期PDLLA内固定侧、TM内固定侧和股部埋植区伤口愈合情况;分别收集PDLLA接骨板和TM接骨板周围包裹的软组织,常规切片,HE染色,光镜下观察组织学变化。结果手术切口愈合良好;术后2~4周,PDLLA接骨板内固定侧的组织反应较对侧和股部埋植区更明显,术后8周起组织反应逐渐趋于一致;PDLLA接骨板周围组织反应主要以巨噬细胞、浆细胞和少量淋巴细胞、单核细胞浸润为主。结论国产PDLLA接骨材料具有良好的组织相容性,它所诱发的组织反应是以巨噬细胞、浆细胞和少量淋巴细胞、单核细胞浸润为主的非特异性排异物反应。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the histocompatibility and the type of tissue response induced by domestic PDLLA plate. Methods Artificial fractures of bilateral canine mandibular body were made in one side of the dog with PDLLA plate fixation on one side and micro titanium plate (TM) fixation on the other side as control. The PDLLA plate . The wound healing of the PDLLA internal fixation, the TM internal fixation and the femoral implant were observed. The soft tissues wrapped around the PDLLA plate and the TM plate were collected, routinely sectioned and stained with HE. The histology was observed under light microscope Variety. Results The operative incision healed well 2 to 4 weeks after operation, the tissue reaction on the fixed side of the PDLLA bone plate was more obvious than that on the contralateral and femoral implants, and the tissue reaction tended to be the same after 8 weeks. Tissue reaction mainly to macrophages, plasma cells and a small amount of lymphocytes, monocytes infiltration. Conclusion The domestic PDLLA bone graft material has good histocompatibility. The tissue reaction induced by it is a nonspecific rejection reaction of macrophages, plasma cells and a few lymphocytes and mononuclear cells.
