根据液力自动变速器换挡过程中操纵件的动态特性,建立换挡过程的动力学模型.建立以转速、节气门开度和驱动模式为参数的发动机模型.依据整车参数,设计换挡规律,提出换挡过程中操纵件的油压控制方法.基于MathCAD数学软件,建立包含驾驶员、机械系统和控制系统等完整的动力传动系统虚拟样机.仿真结果表明,建立的仿真原型与平台可预测传动系统在多种工况下相应动态特性,为换挡规律与换挡品质的仿真提供一个合理的解决方案.
