我国港口企业变配电网几乎都是电力系统宏观大电网的一个微观组成部分。随着科学技术的发展,电力系统的自动化水平也不断提高,对老港区变配电所实行“三遥”(遥控、遥测、遥信)的技术改造和新建变电所新“三遥”技术应有着极为重要的意义:有利于港口电网与大电网接轨,使港口电网与电力系统大电网的自动化同步运行;有利于加速实现港口电气现代化管理和促进港口装卸机械操作控制自动化,有利于提高港口企业全员劳动生产率,达到减人增效的目的。一、实现港口变电所“三遥”无人值班的几种模式探讨我国大部分港口的总降压变电所(站)或区域降压站(所)的电压等级基本上是35千伏或110千伏级,实施港口变电所无人值班当然应该首先从总降压站(所)或区域降压站(所)开始,而且我国港口中,老旧变电所不少。因此,在选择港口变电所无人值班模式时,都必须充分考虑这个现实状况。目前,国内电力系统已经先行实施的无人值班变电所模式较多,归纳起来主要有4种类型。1.属接线简单的港口35千伏终端(相对于电力系统的变电所而言)变电所,一般多是双线圈主变压器,高压侧采用跌落式熔丝,进出线简单,出线回路少,操作任务少,故障也少,类似开闭所性质。这类变电所可以不设监视仪表、外接信号和报警装置,运行中只需对变?
