本文在回顾了为数不多的宽、窄叶片静吹风试验与级的动态试验后指出,对相对叶高较小的轴流冲动式汽轮机级,采用带加强筋的窄叶片可提高叶栅效率。同时,通过电厂运行汽轮机实测,证实在确保隔板强度、刚度基础上,对国产12.5万千瓦汽轮机高压隔板加强筋从原有每级隔板28根减少到20根,高压缸内效率提高了0.5~1.0%或更多。实践证明,12.5万千瓦汽轮机高压隔板结构改进后,对提高机组的经济性是有益的。
In this paper, after reviewing a few dynamic tests of the wide and narrow blade static blowing tests and stages, it is pointed out that the efficiency of the cascades can be improved by using narrow blades with stiffeners for axial impulse turbine with relatively small blade height. At the same time, it is verified by the actual operation of steam turbines in power plants that it can reduce the high-pressure diaphragm stiffeners of domestically produced 125 MW turbines from 28 to 20 at each stage, and increase the efficiency in high-pressure cylinders 0.5 to 1.0% or more. Practice has proved that 125,000-kilowatt steam turbine high-pressure bulkhead structure improved, to improve the economic unit is beneficial.
