我厂生产的495Q柴油机是130汽车做配套动力的。为了保证发动机有良好的机械性能及合理的使用寿命,要求其曲轴系统有较高的动平衡性能。由于生产条件及技术水平的限制,当时只能采用组合式平衡块(即把平衡块用螺钉紧固在曲轴上)的方法来满足上述要求。但组合式平衡块的材料消耗大,加工及组装工艺复杂,生产周期长,可靠性差。为了提高产品质量并降低成本,我们提出了带平衡块495Q曲轴的锻造问题,并于1981年9月完成设计、试制和小批生产的任务。
The 495Q diesel engine that I plant produces is that the 130 car does the supporting power. In order to ensure that the engine has good mechanical properties and a reasonable service life, requiring its crankshaft system has a higher dynamic balance performance. Due to the limitation of production conditions and technical level, only the combined weight block (that is, the balance block screwed to the crankshaft) can only meet the above requirements. But the combination of balanced block material consumption, processing and assembly complex, long production cycle, poor reliability. In order to improve product quality and reduce costs, we proposed the forging of a 495Q crankshaft with a balance weight. In September 1981, we completed the design, prototype and small batch production tasks.
