小组合作学习是目前世界上许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意的教学理论与方略。进行课堂教学改革,是在规范办学行为的新形势下大面积提高教育教学质量的必要手段;解决课堂教学改革进程中遇到的问题,是关系到课堂教学改革能不能深化的根本问题。在实践市教育局大力推广的“小组自主合作学习,创建高效课堂”活动中,我发现,在平日的课堂教学中,由于班额较大,学生学习基础不同、合作能力参差不齐,导致小组合作学习效果很差。
