丝绸企业管理水平的现状近年来,企业普遍实行了全面整顿,以全面质量管理为代表的现代管理思想和方法在企业中逐步建立和应用,不少丝绸企业的管理水平有了明显提高,已经涌现出一批国家级先进企业。但从全行业看,发展并不平衡,管理水平的差距还很大,某些企业“技术上落后,管理上更落后”的状况还没有得到根本改变。笔者根据在杭州市属丝绸企业了解到的情况,从若干方面对企业管理水平进行评价,即通过对经营成果、内部各项专业管理水平、具体的管理过程(即计划、组织、控制、激励四项主要职能的管理)三个方面观察,可以认为管理水平较好的企业占15%左
