目的分析比较不同的竹节参挥发性成分。方法采用挥发油提取器法和索氏提取器法提取竹节参挥发性成分,使用GC-MS联用仪进行测定。依据C9-C30正构烷烃在HP-5MS柱上的保留时间计算各峰保留指数,用峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对含量。结果从正己烷索氏提取液中鉴定了13种组分,占总峰面积的93.7%;从挥发油提取器法提取物中鉴定了14种组分,占总峰面积的70.4%。结论两种提取方法得到的挥发性成分主成分变化较大,本研究为竹节参的进一步开发提供了科学依据。
Objective To compare and analyze the volatile constituents of Scutellaria barbata Methods Volatile oil extractor method and Soxhlet extractor were used to extract the volatile components of S. japonicus, and GC-MS was used to determine the volatile components. Based on the retention time of n-alkanes C9-C30 on HP-5MS column, each peak retention index was calculated, and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization. Results Thirteen components were identified from the soxhlet extract of n-hexane, accounting for 93.7% of the total peak area. Fourteen components were identified from the extracts of the volatile oil extractor, accounting for 70.4% of the total peak area. Conclusion The main components of the volatile components obtained by the two extraction methods vary greatly. This study provides a scientific basis for the further development of P. japonicus.
