分析了当用波长为1.06μm的激光泵浦KTP晶体产生光参量作用时,晶体绕z轴旋转的角调谐特性,并计算了角调谐曲线。结果表明,当角在0°~90°范围内变化时,信号光的波长将在人眼安全波段内1.591~1.542μm之间变化。此外还设计了用于调谐的多角柱面状KTP晶体。
The taper angle tuning characteristics of the crystal around the z axis when the optical parameters are pumped by a laser with a wavelength of 1.06μm are analyzed and the taper tuning curve is calculated. The results show that when the temple angle changes from 0 ° to 90 °, the wavelength of the signal light will change from 1.591 to 1.542 μm in the human eye safe band. In addition, a polygonal cylindrical KTP crystal was designed for tuning.
