在三峡工程可行性研究阶段,为安全计,研究泥沙淤积问题时,均不考虑上游建库拦沙的作用。但在未来40~50年的时间内,长江上游干支流必将兴建一批控制集水面积大的大型水库,本文拟定了三个不同的上游大型水库建设程序,研究修建这些水库对三峡水库淤积的影响,通过计算分析认识到,上游修建控制集水面积大的大库容水库可在一定的年限内起到拦沙作用,从而减少三峡水库的淤积量,特别是减少了库尾段的淤积,减缓了淤积对重庆洪水位抬高的影响。
In the feasibility study stage of the Three Gorges Project, as a safety measure, when studying sedimentation problems, it does not consider the role of reserving sediment in the upper reaches. However, in the next 40 to 50 years, a large number of large reservoirs with controlled catchment areas will be constructed by the dry tributaries of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. This paper draws up three different procedures for the construction of large-scale upstream large reservoirs, and studies the deposition of these reservoirs on the Three Gorges Reservoir Through the calculation and analysis, it is recognized that the Dacoulong Reservoir, which has a large catchment area, can play a role in blocking sediment within a certain period of time, thereby reducing the siltation of the Three Gorges Reservoir, especially reducing the siltation of the tail section, The effect of siltation on the elevation of flood level in Chongqing has been alleviated.
