目的讨论企业流程再造的基本思想和原则．方法以长虹集团电视机生产中的配套业务为例，应用组织动态基本建模（ＤＥＭＯ）方法，分析配套流程的现状和存在的问题．结果与结论要有效地实施企业流程再造，需要有与之相适应的新的建模方法来予以支持．从企业流程再造的思路出发，探讨业务流程模型的建立和业务流程的再造方案，对业务流程进行综合分析和再设计
Objective To discuss the basic ideas and principles of business process reengineering. Method Taking Changhong Group's TV set production as an example, this paper applies the organization dynamic basic modeling (DEMO) method to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the supporting process. Results and Conclusions To effectively implement business process reengineering, new modeling methods are needed to support it. Starting from the idea of business process reengineering, this paper explores the establishment of business process model and the reengineering plan of business process, comprehensively analyzes and re-designs business process
