随着网络的发展和移动终端的普及,社交媒体逐渐成为人们获取信息的主要途径,社交媒体信息来源广泛、传播方式多元,对信息快速传播发挥了重要作用。本文以天津大爆炸事件为例,基于MAIN模型,研究信息源更新时间、信息源分类等因素如何影响用户对社交媒体信息的感知可信度。研究结果表明,信息源及微博主的更新时间对感知可信度的影响不明显,信息源对感知可信度的影响显著。
With the development of the Internet and the popularization of mobile terminals, social media has gradually become the main way for people to obtain information. Social media has a wide range of sources and diversified modes of communication, playing an important role in the rapid spread of information. Taking the big bang in Tianjin as an example, based on the MAIN model, this paper studies how factors such as information source update time, information source classification and so on, affect users’ perceived credibility of social media information. The results show that the update time of information sources and microbloggers has no obvious impact on perceived credibility, and the impact of information sources on perceived credibility is significant.
