培养学生的创造能力,笔者有几点不成熟的体会。任何一个教师在课堂上都有自己的教风,或支配型的,或专制型的,或民主型的。支配则学生依赖,专制则学生服从,民主则学生活跃。显然,前二者使学生心理惰性发展、心理安全感减弱;而后者倒能使学生心理安全感增强,思维活跃,观念迅速产生,见解新颖奇特。形成民主型教风,要注意如下几个方面:①要创造一种气氛,使每个学生受到尊重。这里,不应有教师和学生的鸿沟,不应有“聪
To cultivate students’ creative abilities, the author has several immature experiences. Every teacher in the class has his or her own style of teaching, or dominant, or autocratic, or democratic. The student is dependent on the dominance, the student obeys the autocracy, and the student is active in the democracy. Obviously, the former two make students’ psychological development of inertia and psychological security weaken; while the latter can make students’ psychological security feel stronger, thinking is active, ideas are rapidly produced, and insights are novel and unique. To form a democratic teaching style, we should pay attention to the following aspects: 1. We must create an atmosphere in which every student is respected. Here, there should be no gap between teachers and students. There should be no “song.”
