前不久,笔者听了20多节特色各异的初中地理评优课(课题为人教版“澳大利亚”),其间与许多同仁进行了广泛的交流互动,感想良多。从参加评优课的教师表现来看,近几年的新课程实践促进了初中地理教师的迅速成长,他们不仅能够灵活地运用教学原理,恰当地运用教学方法,而且更注重创设教学情境,更注意遵循学生的身心发展规律。让笔者感触最深的是教师角色的悄然转变。本文,笔者从四个维度分析在这次评优课中表现出的青年教师的成长。
