江苏省建筑材料工业系统,在整党、改革、开放、搞活的推动下,由于认真贯彻了“大家办建材”的方针,生产得到了持续发展。1986年江苏省建材工业总产值达到52亿元,较1985年建材总产值增长11.40％;水泥年总产量达到1,320万吨,较1985年水泥的实际产量增长18.18％,还大大地缓和了水泥产需矛盾。这将为提前和超额完成“七五”前二年的建材总产值和水泥等主要建材生产计划指标,创造了一个良好的开端。通过初步预测,1987年全省水泥总产量将突破1,400万吨,425~#以上水泥的供需矛盾,也将得到不同程度的缓和。
