为了确保金河水电站大坝右岸砂石料场生产系统及拌和系统的早日建成,满足导流洞混凝土衬砌的骨料供应。经多方衡量决定,金河大桥采取冬季施工方案。因当地无冬季施工经验资料借鉴,且冬季气候条件较差,水平运输混凝土入模温度难以保证,常规的混凝土保温措施无法达到规范要求的温度。故根据西藏昌都地区的特殊地理环境及气候特点,因地制宜地制定了相应的冬季施工准则及管理办法,有效地保证了大桥工程的质量和进度。
