我院于2014年2月开始执行护理绩效考核。我院的护理绩效考核基于护理工作量、护理质量、护理满意度的测评、护理部和科室的指控检查,以及护理部和科室制订的惩罚制度进行分配各护理单元的绩效奖金。在实施的过程中提高了护理人员的整体素质,调动了护理人员的积极性和创造性,规范护理人员的行为,务实护理基础,改善护理服务,提高了患者的满意率,提高了临床的护理质量。
Our hospital began performing Nursing Performance Examination in February 2014. Nursing performance appraisal in our hospital is based on nursing workload, quality of care, nursing satisfaction assessment, nursing department and departmental allegations inspection, as well as nursing department and departmental punishment system to allocate the performance bonus of each nursing unit. In the process of implementation, the overall quality of nursing staff is improved, the enthusiasm and creativity of nursing staff are mobilized, the behavior of nursing staff is regulated, the basis of pragmatic nursing is improved, the nursing service is improved, the satisfaction rate of patients is improved, and the quality of clinical nursing is improved.
