采用x射线衍射及透射电镜研究离子镀铝青铜膜层的生长形态及相分布。特别是利用透射电镜横截面膜技术,研究膜层组成相的深度分布及膜成核生长形态,为研究膜层性能提供实验依据。空心阴极离子镀技术能用以修复磨损超差失效的航空发动机油针,使用效果良好。
X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy were used to study the growth morphology and phase distribution of ion-plated bronze coatings. In particular, the use of transmission electron microscopy cross-section membrane technology to study the depth distribution of the film phase composition and the growth mode of film nucleation to provide experimental basis for the study of film properties. Hollow cathode ion plating technology can be used to repair the wear and tear of the failure of aero-engine needle, the use of good results.
