目的研究维吾尔族和汉族健康志愿者单剂量口服替硝唑片的药代动力学。方法健康志愿者20名(其中维吾尔族10名,汉族10名,男女各半),单剂量口服替硝唑片剂1g;采用高相液相色谱法测定血浆中替硝唑的含量;用DAS软件程序进行数据处理并采用SPSS软件进行统计学分析。结果维吾尔族受试者单剂量口服1g替硝唑片剂的主要药动学参数为:Cmax为(18.81±3.10)mg·mL-1,Tmax为(2.25±0.54)h,T12为(14.34±1.92)h,AUC0~72h为(378.40±40.56)mg.h.L-1。汉族受试者的主要药动学参数:Cmax为(19.04±2.42)mg·mL-1,Tmax为(2.15±0.47)h,T21为(16.94±2.40)h,AUC0~72h为(454.37±59.74)mg.h.L-1。结论替硝唑片剂在维吾尔族和汉族健康志愿者体内药动学参数差异有显著性,性别间药动学参数差异有显著性。
Objective To study the pharmacokinetics of single-dose oral tinidazole tablets in healthy volunteers of Uighur and Han nationality. Methods Twenty healthy volunteers (10 in Uyghur, 10 in Han nationality and half in men and women) were given 1 g oral tinidazole tablets. The content of tinidazole in plasma was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Software program for data processing and SPSS software for statistical analysis. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of 1g tinidazole orally administered to Uygur subjects were Cmax (18.81 ± 3.10) mg · mL-1, Tmax (2.25 ± 0.54) h and T12 (14.34 ± 1.92) h, AUC0 ~ 72h was (378.40 ± 40.56) mg.hL-1. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of Han nationality subjects were Cmax (19.04 ± 2.42) mg · mL-1, Tmax (2.15 ± 0.47) h, T21 (16.94 ± 2.40) h and AUC0-72h (454.37 ± 59.74 ) mg.hL-1. Conclusion The difference of pharmacokinetic parameters between tinidazole tablets and Uygur and Han nationality volunteers was significant. There were significant differences in pharmacokinetic parameters between the two groups.
