《铁甲钢拳》是一部由梦工厂影业制作，迪士尼影业发行的科幻动作片。该片根据Richard Matheson 1956年所写的短篇故事 Steel 改编而成，由史蒂文·斯皮尔伯格监制，肖恩·利维导演，澳洲影星休·杰克曼主演，围绕未来世界的机器人拳击比赛，讲述了一个饱含动作、梦想与亲情的励志故事。
Plot
In 2020, the whole world has changed greatly in the not so distant future. At that time, robots have displaced humans in boxing as the most popular form of entertainment.
在2020年，一个并不遥远的未来，整个世界已经发生了巨大变化。在那个时代，各种机器人代替人类在擂台上拳击，继续着这项最火爆的运动以愉悦大众。
Charlie Kenton (Huge Jackman) who is an Ex-boxer may not seem such depressed1. He adapts2 himself to the new situation very fast. Time and time again, he steps on rings with his disciplined robots. However, life is made of marble and mud. The continuous3 failures make him so deep in debt that he is nearly out for the count. He is obsessed with4 robot until his ex-girlfriend has gone and left him their child whom he never met. A 11-year-old boy named Max (Dakota Goyo).
前拳击手查理·肯顿（休·杰克曼 饰）似乎并不那么落寞。他很快适应了时代的发展，带着经过训练的机器人一次次走上拳台。然而世事难料，他接连落败，债台高筑。但他对机器人仍然痴迷，直到他收到前女友突然过世的消息，并留下了他从未谋面的儿子——11岁男孩麦克斯（达科塔·高尤 饰）。
An unexpected discovery brings Max a chance to meet Atom which is an obsolete5 training robot. The persistence of Max is finally rewarded when Atom is allowed to take part in underground boxing by Charlie Kenton. They accidentally find “the Trash” is much tougher6 than they expected, and it has much talent and potential in boxing. Father and son make adetermination for Atom to take part in professional boxing.
一次意外，让麦克斯遇到了一台已被淘汰的陪练机器人“亚当”。在麦克斯的坚持下，查理同意让“亚当”参加地下拳击赛。他们意外地发现这台“废物”不仅比他们预想的更加抗打，而且拥有很大的搏斗潜质与天赋。肯顿父子因此坚定了让“亚当”参加职业拳击比赛的决心。
Charlie and Max challenge Zeus in the final. Atom shows its tough once again. At the end of the fourth round, there’s something wrong with the speech recognition system of Atom. Charlie decides to use Atom’s simulation system to keep fighting with his own boxing skills. In the fifth round, the indefectible7 Zeus is overwhelmed by Atom. But the final bells ring when Atom attempts to give Zeus the last blow. Atom loses the game because the points of Atom is a little bit less than Zeus’. However, its outstanding performance captivates8 all crowd. People give Atom a title—People’s Champion.
最后的决赛，查理和麦克斯向“宙斯”发起了挑战。“亚当” 在对决宙斯时又一次展现了他耐打的特性。在第四回合快结束时，“亚当”的语音识别系统出了故障。查理决定使用“亚当”的模仿功能,用自己曾经的拳击技巧帮助“亚当”战斗。在第五回合，从未倒下过的“宙斯”被“亚当”完全制服。在“亚当”即将给宙斯最后一击时，比赛结束的铃声响了。“亚当”最后的点数略低于“宙斯”所以输掉了比赛。但它已深深震撼了所有人，人们送给“亚当”一个称号——“大家的冠军”。

At the end of film, Charlie and Max not only realize their dream, but also recognize themselves in others. Charlie moves out from shadow and becomes a responsible father. Max also find father’s love that he has searched10 for long.
