目的掌握云南省新建/改建/扩建的医院洁净手术部投入使用前的空气洁净度状况,为各医院在项目验收及投入使用提供指导。方法根据《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范(GB 50333-2002)》、《医药工业洁净室(区)悬浮粒子的测试方法 (GB16292-2010)》和《医药工业洁净室(区)沉降菌的测试方法 (GB/T16294-2011)》的相应要求,对我省54家医院洁净区的静压差、风速/换气次数、悬浮粒子、温度、相对湿度、噪声、照度及空气菌落总数进行检测/采样。结果 3年共检测54家医院洁净手术部的479间不同级别手术室和辅助用房,静压差、风速、换气次数、悬浮粒子、温度、相对湿度、噪声、照度及空气菌落总数的合格率依次为89.1%、75.0%、86.8%、73.5%、85.8%、91.2%、78.9%、88.9%、78.9%。空气菌落总数和悬浮粒子交叉分类的关联性分析结果显示,两者有相关性,r=0.826,P<0.01。结论云南省医院洁净手术部悬浮粒子浓度合格率最低,其余各指标合格率均不高,这可能会影响医护人员的精细操作、导致手术感染几率增加。建议在手术部的设计、施工阶段充分考虑各卫生指标的要求,为启用后手术进行提供一个安全的洁净环境。
Objective To understand the cleanliness of air before the clean operation department of newly built / remodeled / expanded hospital in Yunnan Province was put into operation, and provide guidance for each hospital in project acceptance and put into use. Methods According to the Technical Specifications for Construction of Clean Operation Department of Hospital (GB 50333-2002), Test Method for Suspended Particles in Clean Room (District) of Pharmaceutical Industry (GB16292-2010) and Test for Settling Bacteria in Pharmaceutical Industry Cleanroom (GB / T16294-2011), the static pressure difference, air velocity / ventilation times, suspended particles, temperature, relative humidity, noise, illumination and total number of air colonies in the clean area of 54 hospitals in our province were measured / sampling. Results A total of 479 operating rooms and auxiliary rooms of different operating levels were cleaned in 54 hospitals in 3 years. The static pressure difference, wind speed, ventilation times, suspended particles, temperature, relative humidity, noise, illumination and air colony were all qualified The rates were 89.1%, 75.0%, 86.8%, 73.5%, 85.8%, 91.2%, 78.9%, 88.9% and 78.9%, respectively. The correlation analysis between the total number of air colonies and the cross-classification of suspended particles showed that there was a correlation between them (r = 0.826, P <0.01). Conclusions The qualified rate of suspended particle concentration in the clean operation department of Yunnan Provincial Hospital is the lowest, and the pass rate of other indicators is not high, which may affect the fine operation of medical staff and lead to the increased chance of surgical infection. It is recommended to fully consider the requirements of various health indicators in the design and construction stages of the operation department so as to provide a safe and clean environment for the operation after the opening of the operation department.
