亲其师信其道,学生会因为喜欢一位教师而喜欢一门功课,一个被学生喜欢的班主任,其教育效果总是超出一般教师。所以班主任工作中和谐的师生关系显得尤为突出。怎样使师生关系和谐起来,我认为要切实建立两种关系:一、互动、民主,构建合作型师生关系师生合作,即互动的师生关系,它在师生关系中处于较高的层面。“学会与他人一起生活”也是新课程的内容之一。在教育实践中,班主任制定目标,而不是包办代替,充分发扬民主,师生共同参与完成。一个班学生差别很大,不同的孩子沟通的方式也不同,遇到比较倔强的孩子,教师要冷静、要细心,抓住时机解决问题。我教过的一个小男生就属于这种情况:
