伴随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,国外制造业向我国进行“梯次”转移已成定局。但与此同时,我国制造业高技能人才却相对短缺。据了解,目前我国企业持证高级工比重在4%左右。而作为制造业大省的山东,每年第二产业约需补充技术工人40万人。虽然山东省企业持证高级工比重已由“八五”末的3%提高到目前的6.8%左右,高于全国平均水平约3个百分点,但明确定位培养技术工人的只有技工学校,年培养不到10万人,高技能人才仍相对短缺。 作为目前企业急需的专业技能人才,他们现在的生存状况又是怎样呢?记者日前专门对此在山东省部分制造类企业进行了调查。
