药店是我国医药销售机构的主要组成部分,是除了医院以外最主要的药品销售渠道。在我国医疗政策的不断改革下,我国的药店有了很快的发展。目前在各大城市中,药店的数量急速增多,在方便了广大市民购药的同时,也使药店面临着激烈的市场竞争。为了进一步扩大市场,提高药店的销售额,就必须要对药店的经营管理进行改革完善,不断提高药店的服务水平和药品质量,以此来招揽更多的顾客,提高药店的知名度,促使药店更好的发展。另外,药店应加大实施GSP的力度,大力规范和整顿药品的经营管理制度,以广大消费者的用药安全。以下本文就针对药店的经营管理进行分析,并就GSP的应用体会做出简要论述。
